Scheduled Reports
Automatically generate and deliver reports on a weekly or monthly cadence. Each report is a formatted PDF containing:
- Visibility score trend for the period
- Engine-by-engine breakdown
- Top citation sources
- Alert summary
- Competitor movement (if benchmarking is enabled)
Configure recipients, schedule, and date range in Settings → Reports. Multiple schedules with different recipients are supported.
Digest Emails
A lighter-weight weekly email summarizing your most significant visibility movements — designed for stakeholders who want a quick read without logging in. Covers:
- Biggest score change since last week
- New citation sources detected
- Competitor shifts worth noting
- One recommended action
Digest emails can be enabled independently of full scheduled reports.
Bug Fixes
Timezone Handling in Exports
Dates in CSV and PDF exports now reflect your account timezone setting rather than UTC. Previously, brands in UTC+8 or later would see dates that appeared one day behind.
