Frequently asked questions
What counts as a query?
A query is one prompt sent to one AI engine. If you track "best CRM software" across 6 engines, that counts as 6 queries.
Do failed queries count against my limit?
No. If an AI engine times out or returns an error, that query is not counted and not billed — you are only charged for answers we actually collected. A scan where some prompts failed is charged for the ones that succeeded.
How long do you keep my scan history?
Scan history is retained for 7 days on Free, 90 days on Team, 1 year on Business, and 2 years on Agency. Older scans are removed automatically; export anything you need to keep from the Reports page.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Both. There's a free plan (1 domain, 50 queries per month, no automated monitoring) you can use for as long as you like, no card required. Every paid plan also includes a 30-day free trial — a card is required to start, you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page at any time.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free on any plan.
What happens if I exceed my query limit?
We will notify you at 80% and 100%. You can upgrade anytime, or queries pause until your next cycle — we never charge overage fees.
Can I invite my team?
Yes — every paid plan is a shared workspace. Invite teammates by email, assign roles (admin, member, viewer), and manage access from your dashboard. Seats are included with each plan (3 on Team, 10 on Business, 25 on Agency); additional seats are billed per seat per month ($20 on Team, $15 on Business, $10 on Agency).
