What counts as a credit?
One credit is one tracked prompt, checked once, across every AI engine you have enabled (Google AI Overviews is included when a search-data provider is configured). Tracking "best CRM software" on all 7 engines costs one credit, not seven. Every paid plan includes 5 refreshes a month for every prompt you track, which covers the weekly schedule with room for scans you run yourself. Free includes one refresh a month, run whenever you like — there is no automated schedule on Free.
Are tracked prompts used up?
No — a tracked prompt is standing, not a consumable. You register "best CRM software" once and it re-runs on every refresh for as long as you keep it. The number on your plan is how many you can have at a time, not how many you get to ask.
Do failed answers count against my limit?
No. A prompt only costs a credit if at least one engine actually answered it. If they all time out or error, you are not charged — you only pay for answers we collected.
How long do you keep my scan history?
Scan history is retained for 7 days on Free, 90 days on Team, 1 year on Business, and 2 years on Agency — that is how long a scan stays readable in your dashboard and available over the API. You can export your latest scan as CSV or JSON from the Reports page at any time.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Plan changes are managed in your Stripe billing portal, which you can open from your billing page — whether an upgrade is prorated and when a downgrade takes effect is configured there. You can cancel at any time.
Is there a free plan?
There's a free plan (1 domain, 10 tracked prompts across all 7 AI engines (Google AI Overviews is included when a search-data provider is configured), refreshed monthly) you can use for as long as you like — no card, no time limit. It is the trial: there is no separate 30-day one, because asking for a card before you have seen the product is the friction a free plan removes. We also offer nine permanently free tools — including an AI Visibility Score checker — at no cost and without signup.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page at any time.
What happens if I use all my credits?
We will notify you at 80% and 100%. Extra credits bill at your plan's own rate (20¢ on Team, 10¢ on Business, 6¢ on Agency) — the same price the credits in your plan work out at, so there is no cliff. You can upgrade at any time.
Can I invite my team?
Yes — every paid plan is a shared workspace. Invite teammates by email, assign roles (admin, member, viewer), and manage access from your dashboard. Seats come with the plan (5 on Team, 20 on Business, 100 on Agency) and there is nothing extra to buy — if you need more, move up a plan.
