Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when fees paid to LLM Metrix, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") for the LLM Metrix platform (the "Service") are refundable. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, consistent with Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period.

Extra credits purchased beyond your plan's monthly allowance are non-refundable and have no cash value. Credits do not expire within the billing period they are purchased in, except as described on our pricing page.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, including any right to a refund or withdrawal period you may hold under the law of your country or region.

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at legal@llmmetrix.com with your account email, the charge in question, and why you believe it should be refunded. We aim to respond within five business days.
