Terms of Service

By accessing or using the LLM Metrix platform (the "Service") operated by LLM Metrix, Inc.("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

LLM Metrix provides brand visibility monitoring and analytics across AI-powered search engines including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. The Service includes dashboards, reports, alerts, and related tools to help you understand how your brand appears in AI-generated content.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Certain features of the Service are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LLM Metrix, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Supabase for authentication, AI search engines for data collection). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LLM Metrix, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLM Metrix, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
