Build professional reports to share AI visibility insights with stakeholders.

Report Builder Overview

Access the Report Builder at Reports > Create New.

Available Metrics

Visibility Metrics: Overall visibility score, engine-specific scores, score trends over time.

Mention Metrics: Total mentions, mention sentiment breakdown, position analysis.

Competitive Metrics: Share of voice, head-to-head comparisons, ranking positions.

Building Your Report

Step 1: Select Template

Choose from:

  • Executive Summary
  • Detailed Analysis
  • Competitive Report
  • Custom Blank

Step 2: Add Sections

Drag and drop sections:

  • Chart widgets
  • Metric cards
  • Data tables
  • Text blocks

Step 3: Configure Data

For each widget:

  • Select metrics
  • Set date range
  • Apply filters
  • Choose visualization

Step 4: Customize Appearance

  • Add your logo
  • Set brand colors
  • Choose chart styles
  • Add annotations

Scheduling Reports

Automate report delivery:

  1. Click “Schedule”
  2. Set frequency (daily/weekly/monthly)
  3. Add recipients
  4. Choose format (PDF/Interactive)

Sharing Options

  • PDF Export: Static document
  • Interactive Link: Live dashboard
  • Email Delivery: Scheduled sends
  • API Access: Programmatic retrieval
